I've been too lenient with these policies in past years and it's resulted in many headaches so please make sure you have read them thoroughly and have a full understanding before contacting me.

A deposit of $100 is required to make a kid reservation. Deposits are nonrefundable unless a kid does not become available from your desired pair or in your desired sex, in which case you will have the option of a refund or to move your deposit to another pairing or available kid. Your deposit will come off the balance of your kid.
If a kid becomes available we will offer them to reservation holders in the order they were received.
Once a kid is offered to a reservation holder, 50% of your balance owed is required within 72 hours of notification. If a deposit or communication is not made in that 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and we will move down the list or make the kid available to the public. The remaining balance is due within 14 days from notification of birth.
We reserve the right to retain any kid or adult at anytime, for any reason.
Kids must be picked up within 30 days of their birth. If they are not picked up within 30 days (unless you've made other arrangements with me) the kid/kids and the deposit will be forfeited. If you've made arrangements with me for kids to stay longer than 30 days, a boarding fee of $2 per kid, per day will be required. All kids will be trained to and be sent with a grey lamb-bar nipple and be started on a coccidia prevention (we use Calf-Pro).
Price of kids are only guaranteed if reservations are made before they are born.
